The current CIA Director, William Burns, and a former CIA Director (and US Defense secretary), Robert Gates, both warned years ago, in the clearest terms, of the inevitable Russian response to any attempt to expand NATO to include Ukraine.
Are these two Putinists? Or nah?

The Journal reported that in 2008 Pinchuk made a five-year, $29 million commitment to the Clinton Global Initiative. The money went toward a program to train future Ukrainian leaders and professionals "to modernize Ukraine," according to the Clinton Foundation.
Bill Clinton spoke at an annual Yalta European Strategy meeting in 2007, a group founded by Pinchuk to promote Ukraine joining the EU.
Putin invaded Ukraine. But an alliance of bad actors, the US foreign policy establishment, and NGOs paved the road that made the present crisis inevitable.

I have to believe Russian spies are being coerced by other intelligence agencies to help us help you if you know what I mean.
BTW...this is how dumb Marco Rubio is. The Ukrainian Ambassador asked members of Congress not to capture any screen shots of the Zoom call during President Zelensky's call.
But Rubio, who is Vice Chair of the Senate Intel Committee, couldn't comply with the simple request. The location of President Zelensky is of upmost importance & it's to protect him.
At times we are our own worst enemy.

I just learned a little more about Zelensky's Zoom call & our other Senator Rick Scott....
At one point during his emotional presentation, Zelensky paused to ask one of the American lawmakers to mute themselves. “Senator Rick Scott, please mute your mic,” he said.

The cane sugar Mexican Coke but I saw something where they are sneaking HFCS into the Mexican Cokes now so who knows what I'm drinking. I think it depends on what bottler it's imported from. Off subject but Mexico is apparently addicted to Coke. Ironically they don't get Mexican Coke. The typically drinking regular old HFCS Cokes. They're also the most obese country. It's sad.

The more I watch the more I am convinced Putin is baiting the world. He is slowly destroying Ukraine piece by piece when he could have easily overran it.
Our media says Russian soldiers fleeing and abandoning, Russian vehicles old and breaking down, rations all expired. Not buying it.
Russian Air Force barely being used.
By time he is done the cost to rebuild Ukraine will not be worth it.
Oh, he is crazy, insane. Not buying that either.

People who watch FOX exclusively only get half the story, and often, not even that much. At least this has deifinitely been the case since mid-January 2017 for some reason, although the morph seemed to begin around late-January 2009.........not sure why though.
CNN/ABC/NBC/CBS/MSNBC have their issues of course. But NOTHING even close to as bad as FOX!

He won’t be “totally ostracized” by nearly half of the world. And the other half will come back to him through negotiations for oil and gas after sky high prices demolish their (Germany, Italy, etc) economies.
