Russia needs China, and China won't allow Russia to use nuclear weapons against anyone or attack NATO. Don’t get me wrong; they love seeing Russia fight and lose in Ukraine so they can eventually swoop in and buy all of Russia's resources at a discount. However, they are not willing to fight and die for Russia, and they never will be. This is just a dog being forced into a corner, barking, not WWIII starting. Russia has threatened nuclear attacks on pretty much all European cities for my entire lifetime. That is pretty much their go-to - everytime something doesn’t go their way - which is one of the reasons we have grown tired of them - like I would think most of your neighbouring countries have of you
