A doctor who gave Donald Trump a clean bill of health apparently wrote the letter affirming the assessment in just five minutes, NBC News reported on Friday.

Dr. Harold Bornstein, who has been Trump's personal physician for 35 years, told the network "[Trump's] health is excellent, especially his mental health."

Bornstein said he had rushed to finish the letter, which was released in December, while a limo waited outside his Manhattan office.

The letter boasted that the 70-year-old real-estate mogul was in "astonishingly excellent" health.

Bornstein's sit-down with NBC News comes after weeks of speculation from the Trump campaign over Hillary Clinton's health.

Trump surrogates have floated conspiracy theories surrounding the mental health and physical stamina of his Democratic rival — garnering scoffs from Clinton herself this week, who called the speculation a "paranoid fever dream."

In the letter confirming Trump's health, Bornstein wrote, "If elected, Mr. Trump, I can state unequivocally, will be the healthiest individual ever elected to the presidency."

It has been said that trump will surround himself with the best and the brightest. But this example is his idea of the best and brightest displayed to the entire world. You would think trump would choose a doctor that wasn't his personal physician and prone to bias and outlandish statements like this. It's like watching s North Korean Doctor talk about the health and abilities of their leader to lead the nation.

But considering North Korea is supporting trump and endorsing him as the candidate that resonates most with their values and who they are, perhaps this is not a surprise. Not sure why so many Americans want to be on the side of North Korea on this one, but I guess people align with what most represents who they are and how they think. So the trump supporter blind faith in trump that he does everything right regardless of what he says or does and being ignorant to what his real plans are makes sense

Hillary Clinton has no campaign rallies scheduled for the foreseeable future. No campaign rallies are scheduled for the next month! A list of her upcoming events shows a fundraiser she is expected to participate in Sunday August 21st with Cher and then no campaign rallies scheduled into the foreseeable future.

The only other event in August that she is currently scheduled to participate in is on August 31st at the American Legion National Convention.

Donald Trump on the other hand continues to outpace Hillary Clinton in rallies and in attendance at campaign events through the first three weeks of August....even if he postpones some rally's

Better to have rally's to cancel,than none planned in the first place due to being tired, or lacking energy...OK,OK .. I know she's not fatigued ..hiding like Anne Frank is her game plan to win.. LMAO ROLF

I think it is one thing for the opposing party to come up with the slogan "anyone but trump". But when it is his own party that coins the slogan "anyone but trump" it speaks volumes.  I think this might make America great again by it noting the country with people from both parties and independents standing in unison saying "anyone but trump".  So trump gets everything he wanted.  As a long time Clinton supporter Hillary gets elected, the country is united against him and makes America great again and he walks off profiting and personal gaining from this by compiling a mindless base that will buy what ever he is selling.
