Biden and other presidents did not have an open border policy.  Roughly the same number of illegal immigrants were deported under Biden as the 1.5 million in Trump first term.  Due to strong US economic recovery, US attracted more immigration under Biden.  Texas data shows homicide conviction for illegal immigrants is 2 per 100,000 people and 3 per 100,000 for native born Americans.  Since 15% of US population is foreign born, Americans are a far greater threat than immigrants.  But as a demagogue, Trump appeals to the prejudice and ignorance of his cult by scapegoating mostly harmless minorities.

Donald Trump’s birthday is not currently a national or federal holiday in the United States.
As of now, Donald Trump’s birthday, June 14, is not officially recognized as a federal holiday.

However, Republican [brown-noser and goose-stepper] Congresswoman Claudia Tenney has introduced legislation called the Trump’s Birthday and Flag Day Holiday Establishment Act, which proposes to designate June 14 as a federal holiday to honor Trump’s birthday and Flag Day. The bill aims to codify the day as a legal public holiday similar to how George Washington’s birthday is recognized, but it has not yet passed Congress and currently lacks co-sponsors.

Flag Day, which also falls on June 14, is recognized as a national observance but is not a federal holiday, meaning government offices, banks, and schools do not automatically close. If Tenney’s bill were to pass, it would create a dual federal holiday celebrating both Trump’s birthday and the American flag, but until then, it remains a proposal and no official nationwide holiday exists for Trump’s birthday.

In an odd twist trump really doesn't have presidential immunity...

If Newsom indeed wins the election in 2028 then he, acting in his official duties as president, could have the convicted felon trump arrested and whisked away to prison indefinitely and without trial. According to SCOTUS, Newsom would then be immune as sitting president - and be perfectly legal. He could then abuse the presidential pardon power (just like trump does!) to pardon all involved in the planning, arrest and imprisonment.  Totally legal.

But should lawsuits ensue arguing it is not legal, the President could then do what trump does and defy the courts and just do it anyway. trump does it, so it must be OK!   Thus the next president - with his own lapdog Attorney General (just like trump!!!) can also violate the law and/or court orders and do what needs to be done and imprison trump and FTM many of his fascist accomplices like Bondi and Hegseth.  They could file all the lawsuits they want but as sitting president with a compliant AG he could do whatever he wants with them and get away with it...
