So did you spend the 15 seconds and search as to the source of GDP for Libya? Well if you had then you would not have made the reply and saved yourself from embarrassment.
You obviously do not know that Libya gets the majority of its GDP from the PETRO sector right?
So tell me how you can work the math and blame a politician when the price of crude oil dropped from about 115 per when Obama took office and it peaked at 157 within 6 months of him taking office and dropping to as low as 30 per during his 8 years and is now at 50.
How is Obama responsible for the implosion of oil and thus a 60-70% drop for over HALF of the GDP in Libya?
I cant believe some of the crap I see posted on here...if the US had a GDP drop of 30-40% (the equiv drop in Libyan GDP) what do you think that would do to the standard of living of all Americans?
This drop has not been one off and a return, it has been a steady solid decline for 8 years and who knows if or when the price will return to 100 plus again?
