Soon it appears that HRC may be the candidate for the DNC... but I have my reasons to doubt this. Regardless, let's assume she is the candidate... most of you will vote for her.
Please use this thread to tell the world why you love HRC. Please try to stay on topic - bashing Trump is not a worthy response. Bashing anybody is really not a response. Tell us why you want HRC to be president.

Hello sportsfan -- I would like to respond but based on the title of your thread I am not sure if I am able to. Does this allow for comments from non-partisan independents as well?

Go to the thread titled "Americans Really Don't Like Trump and HRC" and read post number 20.
This type of thread/post is exactly what I was referring to when I made post #20 in that thread.
Here it is!

Sportsfan,
When you say "Liberals" which posters are you speaking to specifically? Try being more specific in who you're addressing, it will create better dialogue.
You come across as the old, crazy man shaking his fist at the sun and blaming kids for everything.
What ends up happening is you (Slim and Bowl also have a tendency to do this) say "what do all you Liberals say or think....."and then you think your opinion or statement is validated because no one responds. Mostly no one responds because other posters have no idea who you're addressing your statement at.
Being more specific would make these threads a lot more interesting.

Yeah. Right. I have asked you at least three times to prove it. Even given you a couple of ways of doing it. For example, who was your republican in this election? What are the last three republican presidential candidates that you have voted for? What are the last three threads you have started that bashed democrats? What are the last three threads that you started that support conservative views?
I have yet to see a true independent on this forum. If so, I believe I would recall him. People that claim to be independent are just liberals that are scared to admit being liberal. Or at the least they are people that think it is cool or bourgeois to claim to be independent.

Any, and all, that are NOT conservative. For example, you can go ahead and get started.

Interesting definition for who is a liberal there.
I'm not sure how you're going to handle this since you're defining me as one but....I'm not voting for HRC...or Bernie Sanders....or Trump.
Order of my vote (if I even do vote, which I probably won't) would be Johnson, Trump, Sanders, then Hillary. That's barring any significant changes from now til then.
Interesting how everyone likes throwing around that "Liberal" monicker though.
It's seems to go along the lines of: if I think you don't agree with me on everything, then you're a Liberal.
Not the case with everyone, but you keep up the good work buddy. Hopefully no one that you think is conservative ever tells you to kill your self because I think there is a decent chance you might do it. That would be a shame.

I don't trust HRC and I never will but it's getting much harder to take the R seriously because of these hardcore right-wingers (NO, they aren't conservatives).

Actually I don't think I had you pegged as a liberal. It was mostly sarcasm. Because by now we all know who is a liberal on here. Actually didn't even plan to open this thread. But was out eating and glanced in. Just irritating when liberals refuse to defend their candidate or when they refuse to admit being a liberal---or even seem offended when labeled a liberal.
We all know who they are. So I assumed the guy just wanted to know why they support HRC. Not why they oppose Trump.
Also. Very interesting that you like GJ. A lot of people do. But that type of situation is what gets HRC elected to me. As I always say---I give credit to democrats in the fact that thy will unite behind whichever candidate is standing at the end. Republicans pout and are mad and stay home. To me it seems some democrats are willing to vote for a candidate as well as against a candidate. Republicans will mainly vote for a candidate.
I always contend that we should have 3-4-5 decent parties. But if we have only a third party that fractures the republicans more---it only assures HRC to get elected, in my opinion, as in the past.

I agree completely.
As I just said, really wish there were a few viable parties. But it is only the more conservative types that want to fringe out. Democrats stay united.
While I don't like HRC --- I think the same as I do about Trump, in that if they choose good advisers they can be held somewhat in check. People change a lot when they all of a sudden get in office. She would have to tone down her impetuousness; he would have to tone down his brashness. Neither could bully congress. HRC would also have Bill to advise her. Not a big fan of his---but he is very astute politically.
You are also correct that R is hard to take seriously. They do try to centralize more because they think they have to try to capture young and majority voters instead of getting out their message better.

Seems to me more people in this forum are rallying behind Trump, even though they aren't necessarily a fan of his, rather than HRC. Maybe I'm reading some different threads.
I'd just rather not vote for someone I don't believe rather than take the "lesser of two evils" approach.
I'd like to see Amercians get away from just blindly believing in a two party system. I've had people tell me I'm throwing my vote away, and I understand why they say that. I just don't agree with it. Continue to vote within the two party system and your bound to end up with dog sh1t candidates like Sanders, HRC, and Trump.

Sure. Lots of folks feel that way. And it for sure is the correct thing to do if you feel that strongly about the third party candidate. Not sure you do it just because you don't like the other candidates. But if you do it because you truly feel that way, that's cool.
Sure there seems to be some rallying behind Trump; also, some rallying against him as well---those will vote for HRC.

Nobody loves HRC ... thinking she'll be a GREAT Pres. But what are my choices? HRC or Trump? And this is a serious question? Trump is no option for most people, he's just too effin crazy, so our choice of HRC is almost forced upon us. Voting for a third party candidate is just a wasted vote IMO.

I can see how Trump might make some feel not so right about a vote for POTUS. But one thing you cannot deny is that he is truthful in his pursuit to try to put this country on track in terms of a world leader, and an economic giant.
HRC is part of the new world order... all lies and deals to collect millions. If that decision is really that hard for you, well I guess there is no use in trying

Yeah it's amazing that in a forum that pretty much has the same 10-20 people (most likely all males) that repeatedly post, that no one is voting for HRC.
With a sample size that large it's quite astounding

I sense sarcasm in your comment - but I think that sarcasm is misplaced. What we have here is a microcosm of the electorate. All of those that have professed to be adamant democratic voters are absolutely disgusted with the zhit sandwich named HRC that has been served up to them.
Do not expect too many to be honest and profess their turn such as detox, that takes courage and honesty. They will defend the indefensible while never declaring allegiance. They will stay home in November... or quietly push the Trump button while behind the curtain.
The landslide numbers in votes this November will prove my point.

Trump, Sanders, HRC, none of these are most people's first choices.
Go back and read some of the threads that people have created over the last few months. Even the people that are getting behind Trump don't really like Trump. They are just towing the party lines. And that's fine, there's nothing wrong with that if they're alright with it. I'm not a fan of it but it is what it is. I'd rather go in a different direction and try and get away from the two party political system that has landed us with either this crapfest candidate selection. I'm not optimistic about any of these candidates succeeding as President.

I don't want to appear augmentative, but your statement is wrong.
Trump led from wire to wire in a crowded field of 18 candidates. He has garnered THE MOST GOP VOTES IN HISTORY. Does he have high negatives as well? YES... but he is absolutely the first choice for an overwhelming majority of right leaning voters, including some independents.
That may not be you, so speak for yourself. To say that Trump is nobody's first choice is factually so wrong.

Can't go 'wire to wire' when you lose the first one (Iowa). Once again, it's hard to take you seriously when you cannot get simple facts correct..... who does that sound like?

I used to take you seriously... I stand corrected. You are a clown.
Trump won wire to wire and anybody who follows politics would agree. You want to cite a silly lil iowa "caucus" to refute this when the polling was all over Trump, it is default with desperation.
Wire to wire - anybody reasonable knows this.
To quote your own words... "it's hard to take you seriously"
BOL buddy with HRC... btw I did not hear from you when I asked why you support Hillary. Still waiting
