Trump would never be a great president because there is no real crisis to fix. Unlike Lincoln, Washington or Roosevelt, there are no wars or depressions. He inherited a strong economy and relatively peaceful period.
However Trump has mostly been destructive. He claims successes of previous presidents as his own. His achievements are nothing special. Future historians probably see Trump's term as a dark period in US history. He is sure to rank low in leadership, administrative skills, congress relations, foreign relations, moral authority, performance under circumstances and pursuit of equal justice for all. If US enters a recession as forecasted, Trump would rank low in economic management too.

Yes, you could model it after the Canadian or French wall. France built a wall in Canada, the remains are known as the Ramparts of Quebec City, the only remaining fortified city walls in Noth America, north of Mexico.
...but it didn't work. The British easily conquered the city, now known as Old Quebec during the Battle of the Plains of Abraham Sep 13, 1759.

Okay let's just back up for a mibute. 5.8 billion dollar wall government contract. That would not pay for 3 pieces of barb wire and fence posts needed to go across the 2300 miles of desert.
So who is charge of the fence?
Send this duty to fbraggs super puter. Allow none to cross southern border without going through custom station. Allow sky net to send drones at will to the south west. And 5.6 billion in barb wire should due the trick .
