I agree. I never really liked Obama. But I've always thought of him as being highly intelligent. When I found out all this stuff about him from qanon.pub I was shocked at some.

I believe it's fake news, not unlike most news these days. This era of extreme partisan politics has created a climate of who can fabricate the best story. However, given that I can't definitively say it isn't true, "gibberish" may not have been the most apropos of words.
