Amazing how judges in there testimony go before the senate and say what ever needed to get a seat then rule completely opposite with what  Gorsuch and  Kavanaugh said in their hearings ! Ball face lying has become bench mark of conservative politics right down to the judges, 
I do not believe that this ruling would pass in a referendum vote nation wide but of course the vote be rigged! 

Republican Mace of South Carolina argues that Food drug administration should ignore Texas judge ban on abortion pill because his irrational decision is based on old law ruled unconstitutional by supreme court.  Texas ruling endangers every women who needs an abortion.  Abortion is healthcare and access shouldn't depend on politics.  Private medical matters should be decided by patients and doctors.  Not politicians and judges.
