replacement for the affordable health care act

Tax credits and health savings accounts already exist in many States.  Problem is inadequate coverage for uninsured or under insured according to Government accountability office.  According to Center for public integrity, health savings accounts are lucrative for insurers but costly for consumers.  Most people enrolled wish they could get out of them. 

taking medicaid and medicare giving a basic coverage to all
allowing citizens or buisnesses to purchase better individulized plans is the best solution.

paying for this under the programs allowed to states anyway and adding a bigger payroll tax under the medicare deduction.

but far too easy we need to have this quilt of coverage where some have options some stuck with athem and nobody understands any of it.
