Are global fossil fuel reserves soaring, or are fossil fuel reserves soaring just in the Americas?

Got numbers on the Middle East? Africa? Asia? What if their numbers are falling greater the the discoveries in America are rising?

And it's not "argument by authority", it's called experience. I'd listen to someone who has made a living on the subject for over 3 decades before I listen to someone who just parrots talking points
