A NYTimes big fat nothing burger ................

    From the article:

Trump's campaign filings show his businesses owed at least $315 million, the Times noted, saying they appear to be accurate and that Trump was not required to disclose all of his business activities.

"The paper does not accuse him of any wrongdoing".....

Yes nothing wrong with being a Failure and owing more than half a Billion Dollar Debt.

I'm understanding why showing his tax records is something he would be terrified to do. It is not just because he lacks intregorty and character.  It would expose Trump's Financial Failures to the entire world.

You have to wonder about someone when transparency and  honesty is not in their best interest

Trump should not only release his tax records ,but also his Occidental, Columbia and Harvard Law School grades and records..along with, his paper on nuclear disarmament for an honors course in American foreign policy at Harvard......and a list of the clients he represented while he was a lawyer with the firm of Davis, Miner, Barnhill and Gallard, and while he's at it the record of his Christian baptism ..

I agree with others if, America is to elect someone to the highest office in the land there needs to be absolute transparency.......before the election..

Truth is, average American doesn't pay much mind to such harsh realities of politics and business such as pay for play (corrupt and crooked for sure) or the many alliances in business and millions moved mysteriously and strategically. No, Americans will vote for the friendliest , nicest person they'd most invite to supper. They're both mean bietches but we know Hillary will bring spicy sauce food negro soul food; Trump loves Hispanic taco bowls!

Add also how much debt he defaulted on and got flushed through reorganization and BK proceedings?

People like Trump who have a history of default usually lever too heavy because that is how they think they build wealth..lever up and hope that business conditions do not go south..but as has happened several times to Trump they often times do.

I dont find his excuses of foolish lenders to be very solid, that he faults debt holders and takes advantage of them because the courts allow it.

His character for sure is not good at all, but then someone who makes fun of the disabled and puts down women as he does lacks integrity and morals that would encompass his business dealings.

I know I know...Hillary this, Hillary that...democrats bad, republicans good..Clinton Foundation this and that, Bill Clintion blah blah blah..

All are boring diversionary tactics which do not change the fact that Trump is a real low life in many aspects.

Boring diversionary tactics to you but the life blood and soul purpose of life and existence for others.   And the back bone and foundation that completely dominates this forum as intended.

That's right people keep ganging up and piling it on no matter how nonsensical or ridiculous. Anything other than a civil and intelligent dialog.

Only BK was in New Jersey and involved casinos. Not involved in casinos anymore. Not even Trump Hotel on Vegas has a casino.

Ok so what is your point?

If you are trying to make a case to vote for trump it is not working. Perhaps I am reading this wrong and you are not a trump supporter and instead are just trolling and baiting by talking nonsense and waiting for the gang up and pile on

BK happened and also reorg happened. Are those not debts that he acquired as part of his businesses?

Levering can fail irregardless of industry..just because he is not involved in casinos by force now, does not mean his levering will not end up resulting in default again. Many lines of levered businesses fail and default when conditions change.

This has nothing to do with casinos.

I did not mention the New York Times in comment #4 and I certainly did not quote that newspaper.

It is your delusional opinion that is laughable.

Trump jacked up the rent now that the GOP is footing the bill:

Trump nearly quintupled the monthly rent his presidential campaign pays for its headquarters at Trump Tower to $169,758 in July, when he was raising funds from donors, compared with March, when he was self-funding his campaign, according to aHuffington Post review of Federal Election Commission filings. The rent jumped even though he was paying fewer staff in July than he did in March.

This is further evidence that this bullshxt "campaign" is more about lining Trump's pockets than benefiting the country.

I was reading and article that was saying even with trump lining his pockets it is unlikely that he will turn a profit.

Is it that trump is such a bad business man than even with all this lining his own pockets he can't make money?

Or perhaps his intention is not to make money.  Even the idea of him being president should be a huge pay decrease for him.  The logic for trump just isn't there.

Perhaps this is about his branding and investing in a segment of the population that will mindless support him and buy absolutely anything he is selling no matter how ridiculous.  This type of customer loyalty is gold and he probably knows the mental and psychological control he has over his supporters and this seems like s good investment in future business enterprises with a mindless customer base that believes what ever he says and buys whatever he is selling just because he is selling it

AND, WE NEED TO GET TO THE BOTTOM OF HIS DRAFT DODGING FROM THE VIETNAM WAR....and he slags McCain? Nice low blow from a guy whose daughter cavorts with Communist/fascist associated friends....How can Trump even qualify as a presidential candidate even based on either one of those facts? IF Trump (and right now it seems impossible), were to win the election, I would give him less than a year anyway to do something traiterous or illegal to get himself impeached......
