At the conclusion of the interview, he promised a peaceful transition to military power. 

It is happening. Trump will step aside and the military will take over under the IA.

William Walker, said between the :22 to :31 mark, and I quote exactly:
"... a peaceful transfer *OF* military power"

Not "TO military power" ....WRONG!!....He clearly said "OF military power"

Which, to anyone with a 12 grade formal education, understands
that changes the meaning completely.

OF, not "to."  .....Completely changes the meaning!

The president is the Commander-in-Chief of the military.
When he is about to leave office there must be a peaceful transfer
*OF* that military power from the former Commander-in-Chief,
to the new Commander-in-Chief. Just like a peaceful transfer
*OF* political power in addition. Get it?

Only a total moron would believe this is a transfer "TO" military power
