Open & Shut Trayvon Martin Gets Cluttered With Facts

The FBI, the Justice Department's Civil Rights Division, and the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Florida will investigate the killing of Trayvon Martin, an unarmed 17-year-old Florida high school student, who was shot by a self-appointed neighborhood watchman. "The department will conduct a thorough and independent review of all of the evidence and take appropriate action at the conclusion of the investigation," a statement released by the Justice Department this evening said. "

The FBI will Interrogate him and he will crack. That's all I'm gonna say. I have a 25 year vet that tells me if the FBI get him he will crack and i believe him.

I know the justice department oversees civil rights violations, just not sure what the fbi is investigating.

The feebies may look at the investigation being conducted by the police department, but I doubt they ever talk to Z unless it involves the purchase and transportation of the handgun.

Z never talks with the feebies, that's all I'm gonna say

All they really have to do is claim that he has in some way aided a terrorist, and the president can just order his assassination.  

The 25 year veteran I speak of was a detective for years before he retired as a lieutenant not some dumbass republican derrrr hick insurance person.
He understands the process and sometimes it takes months or in his experience years to get a conviction.
I play poker with him and his other cop buddies and they all say they would have arrested him by now.
The best time to have gotten Zimmerman to break was when he was picked up at the scene.
In their eyes it's about how the fight happened. If Zimmerman wouldn't have approached Martin than this wouldn't have happened. You can't claim self-defense if you were the antagonist, aggressor and disobeyed emergency dispatch suggestions. 
Cops hate it when civilians try to pretend to do what they do when they don't have the training or the authority.
Cops hate when people try to take the law in their own hands and don't listen to 911 dispatchers.
That's what the cops I know say that happened.
Martin and Zimmerman were both stupid.
Martin should have just called the cops on Zimmerman when he saw him following him.

The FBI takes over cases when the local police screw it all up.
This case has gotten out of control and that's when the FBI steps in to take over.
The FBI will get Zimmerman and his lawyer to sign a plea deal or it will go to trial.
Zimmerman won't get more than 2 years though.
Zimmerman's life is over no matter what happens.

They are going to make a movie out of this story.
The evil half-white half-latino kills black kid.
The evil white cops don’t care.
The evil white republican people defend the killer.
The liberal hero’s defend the black kid.
It will take a white liberal hero to get the evil killer in prison.
Don’t know the ending of this move yet but I think it will have cheers on the liberal side and anger on the evil republican side.
I don’t know how many movies I have seen where it’s always the liberal’s with every color on one side and the evil republican inbred derrrr whitey’s on the other.
This story has been told so many damn times.

Justice and Law are sometimes two different things.

Ya Zimmerman may have been an over zeolous wanna be cop.

Ya he may have a hint of racism scurrying through his veins.

Ya the dispatcher asked him nicely to go back to his vehicle and he didn't

Ya he may have thought Treyvon was headed towards the back entrance.

Ya Treyvon could have changed direction and decided to confron his antagonist.

Ya he may have confronted Treyvon and had a stare down with him nose to nose.

Ya Zimmerman shouldn't have had a gun on his person even though he had the right to do so.

They both had a right to be where they were, each questioning the other's motives.

This is why I don't respect your poker playing cop buddies because they should know that there is ZERO evidence to show that Zimmerman did anything to provoke the attack from Trayvon and zero evidence to suggest that Zimmermans account is false or inaccurate.

You base your whole argument on bs that:

A. Doesn't matter.

B. Doesn't matter.

C. He said the C word that make him a killer.

D. He lost sight of him. How could he possibly lose sight of him.

 

Pumkin, even the 13 year old witness said it was too dark to see details and he only heard the screams and the gunshot.

I certainly wouldn't want to be a lawyer running the pms defense or burning bed defense.
I what prefer my client killed her assailant well in the midst of the attack

Hearing it from me and listening to detectives tell the story of what they believe happened is two different things.
If you could hear it from actual detectives I’m sure you would doubt Zimmerman’s story like I do.
People in prison right now were convicted with little to NO evidence in a many cases.
It all depends if the lawyer feels his case is solid or not and if Zimmerman is afraid to stand trail.
Zimmerman’s life is pretty much over no matter what happens.
The public outrage will not let this case die.
The FBI has to create pressure to either get him to stand trial or get him to plea to a lesser charge because if nothing happens then I expect all hell to break loose.

When the left leaning Hollywood makes this a movie out of thsi story ..I wonder if they will continue to portray the complex as a rich “gated community”  as the MSM is trying to spin it ...

The community inside the gates is a small complex of condos, with the average price around 98K and a check of Zillow has a 1200sq.ft unit going for 79K ..

First the MSM and the liberals called it a case of  "white on black" crime..then they started to back-slide when they found out Zimmer was a Hispanic ..and started calling it a " white Hispanic on black crime ....then they found out Zimmerman is a Democrat who probably voted for Obama ...oops ...when all the facts come out they will probably end up calling it a black on black crime..

Because, no Democrat could be guilty of doing something solely because of a persons race or skin color..

Zimmerman will be found guilty,because Trayvon had skittles and  not WMD in his possession ..makes sense..

How many times do you have to hear it doesn't matter a bit if Z was knocked to the ground or seen on the bottom at one point during the fight? To date, there is no evidence or witnesses that show how it started or even that Z was walking back to his car as he said. Zero, none. Get it? No evidence whatsoever that it was legally self defense on his part. Given the 911 call (or the known history of both these guys) where it's clear that Z already thinks that M is up to no good (& says "these guys always get away") & is following him (ignoring what the dispatcher said), why after he killed Martin & could be looking at decades or life in prison, would anyone neccessarily believe Z's account?

Who knows - it could have easily been Z that showed his gun to Martin while they were in a contentious conversation & it was Martin who stood his ground & feared for his life. No way to know, but it was not Martin who was looking for trouble (which he evidently already though M was) or some kind of confrontation early on, it was Z. Without him creating & provoking the situation, it doesn't happen. Plain & simple, all that's known in terms of the legal situation is that Z shot Martin dead & Z is claiming self defense but as yet there is no proof or evidence of it. Like I've said, they need to gather all the evidence/witnesses, bring it all out in a courtroom & let a jury decide.

Can you imagine if Trayvon had been the one arrested for attacking a police officer?

It absolutely does matter that Z was knocked to the ground. Since that is a KNOWN and corroborated fact it will be considered to be the start of the PHYSICAL confrontation.

You are correct that Zimmerman COULD HAVE pulled his weopon from the beginning causing Trayvon to feel like he needed to throw punches in self defense.

The problem is there is ZERO evidence to support that because dead men tell no tales and unfortunately as detectives try to piece together the sequence of events they can only piece together what they have evidence to backup.

They cannot simply invoke projections or beliefs of what happend, especially project that Zimmerman pulled his gun to start off with. If there was a witness that proclaimed as much, of course that would be different. Projections and feelings are not allowable in court of law. Do you need me to say that again?

Alot of the account from Zimmerman has been corroborated by witnesses and the 911 recording and even to some degree the phone call of Trayvons girlfriend.
