Who knows. If Trayvon would have let up once he knocked him to the ground he may be alive today. I would presume as well that getting your head pounded into the pavement might be very frightening as well.

How many people would NOT feel their life is threatened when their head bangs repeatedly up agianst the pavement.

Nope all it says is the evidence they have isn't enough. My Lieutenant friend says it once took him 2 years to get a person he knew was guilty in jail for a drive by shooting. He took the case to the DA and the DA said there wasn't enough evidence.

He took the case to the FBI and they were able to get a confession after 14 interrogations. That's why he tells me that the FBI will get the job done eventually. At least we hope the FBI gets it done.

Do you have enough integrity to change your stance if medical evidence backs up Zimmermans claim?

We believe that it doesn’t matter what the medical records say because no one is saying Martin didn’t kick his ass and drive his head into the ground. We believe he killed Martin because he was a fuckin box that didn’t know how to fight.

I believe that detective Chris Serino thinks Zimmerman was the aggressor and went for his weapon or lunged his direction or threw a punch and missed and Martin kicked his ass.

I believe detective Chris Serino and my 25 + year police veteran friend are right. I trust their instincts. He says detective work is based upon instincts. They are human lie detectors. There is a reason detective Chris Serino doesn’t believe Zimmerman.

Dead men tell no tales.  The "evidence" in the case that works against Zimmerman, can mostly be explained away, and the only eye witness corroborates Zimmerman's claims. 

This case that I mentioned in this post was solved with instincts. All the Lieutenant had was a small child's statement that she saw a man in a black car with loud music shoot into the house.

He was in his patrol car and just happened to see a black car with loud music drive by. He took down the plates. Keep in mind this was months after the shooting took place. He took his case to the DA and was denied.

Went to the FBI with his reasons and the man confessed and was found guilty and was sentenced to 20 to life for a drive by shooting after 14 interrogations.

In this case Zimmerman's own mouth is what has gotten him into trouble and is why cops think he's guilty. The 911 call and his story of what happened is what will be his downfall. The FBI I hope will get him to confess.

Im not asking for concrete evidence. Im asking for any HINT of evidence.

Medical evidence of a broken nose and/or lacerations on the back of his head is substantial in corroborating Zimmermans story and yet you would still choose to ignore that and try to squeese a murder out of a 911 call that was considerably before the confrontation.

The story of a white hero vigilante taking a black kids life for acting suspicious made every white person jizz in their pants. Now that they know Zimmerman is half and half doesn't matter because a black kid was killed and one less black kid on the street wearing a hoodie is a good thing in republicans eyes.

How do you draft a law that properly allows people to defend themself or others from death or 'serious bodily harm/injury' that is fair and more suitable than what we have now?

How does a rape victim or murder victim know what the intent is of the attacker? Would you have her ask him if he just wants her purse? Or what?

How do you propose it to be legal and airtight?

Joe Oliver is willing to defend Zimmerman to the point of risking his own job/life for what he believes is right.

Im very glad that I'm on the side that doesn't threaten peoples lives for telling us what they believe in their heart.

There is no way to make anything perfect or ideal & airtight when it comes to crime & human behaviour. Our system of justice is imperfect but it's the best we have. Innocent folks are convicted & guilty 1's go free every day. In this case, there are more than enough known elements & factors (from beginning to end) to fully justify a manslaughter charge & it's the only way to get it before a jury. And you seem to be forgetting that in our system he is still innocent before proven guilty.

The only "evidence" (Z having a bloody or broken nose & there being some blood on the back of his head) you have given that seems to be why you think there shouldn't even be an arrest/charge, in itself does not prove anything in terms of how the fight started. And you keep saying there is no evidence that Z committed a crime or did anything wrong. Yes there is...a dead body of a kid that he admittedly shot. That is called murder or manslaughter & is a capital crime & there is no evidence whatsoever that shows that Martin attacked Zimmerman initially. But you seem to think the cops should just take the killers word for everything & let him go despite all the other factors involved from the start of the situation. Makes no sense...

You mention innocent until proven guilty yet refer to him as a killer.

And you keep forgetting that it doesn't matter who started the fight. It matters who escalated it from a stare down to a beating.

If by chance Zimmerman is telling the truth...there is no murder or manslaughter. Its that simple.

Good, then let the jury determine that. Because there's no evidence that shows who escalated it & it's Z that has the burden of proof that it was self defense. And "killer" was only meant in the sense that he's the one that killed him -

Based on the fact that Jurys are unpredictable and wrong....its the investigators duty to make sure they don't send frivilous cases before the jury.

I wish I could see the FBI interrogators when they get Zimmerman in a room. He’s going to crack because you have to be on crack to believe his story.

As far as I know " failure to obey the lawful order of a police officer" does not apply to dispatchers.
This and again, certainly there is no dispute if Z had stayed inside, this innocent kid would be alive, but once it escalated to a fight where both were fighting for their lives, Z was justified in using deadly force
