paging anyone who has seen what the bond market has done in the last few weeks

it is in the process of throwing up all over barry o's grandiose vision for "spending our way out of it"

when the 10 year moves back to 5% as it should be and when the 30 yr moves to 8-10% as it should be, barry's plans will be thwarted b/c we cannot afford to pay 8% interest to foreign debt holders or the Fed (whomever is buying these days)

housing construction should naturally be on the decline, this is not a watermark for Obamas spendulus or our economy.

which is why many seem to gravitate towards college academia... where else can you teach for 12 hours a week and then theorize over a latte with colleagues and make 6 figures with a pension

It's not to say that there's no such thing, just that they are few and far between, and normally don't have much a clue about what they are doing.  I actually work for a liberal.  Is it any wonder that he had about zero growth for the 12 years prior to finding me, and in my 4+ years there we have doubled in size ( just him, me, and i was allowed to bring in one of my guys as the third employee to replace his charity case of a third employee)

Sadly this just gives him more time and money to chase his Obama/liberal disease with, but i am being overly compensated, and rightfully so. But the fact still is, running his business thru his liberal mindset was terminal, and getting out of mine and my buddies way has doubled the companies profits. Coincidence, maybe.  But i doubt it.  Boss was a 6 year college student, and his schooling has zero pertinence to our line of work, or running a business.  Me and my worky, both genius IQ and both college dropouts

both of my bosses are college dropouts. no one here has advanced degrees. there may be an mba/cfa somewhere around here

all conservative/free market types

my last job where it made Office Space look dynamic was full of libs and idiots

In an effort to save Flint Mi. .... Shrink it .

Instead of waiting for houses to become abandoned and then pulling them down, local leaders are talking about demolishing entire blocks and even whole neighborhoods.

The population would be condensed into a few viable areas. So would stores and services. A city built to manufacture cars would be returned in large measure to the forest primeval.
