Latinos say they prefer the GOP by 52-39%

Six years of the corporate media adopting as a core narrative the claim that the Trump-era GOP is full-on racist and "white nationalist," only for Latinos to say they prefer the GOP by 52-39%, and 41% of non-whites saying they intend to vote GOP in 2022.

Latinos prefer GOP at a higher rate than whites

 

Wow if those numbers are accurate, the midterms are going to be a bloodbath like we've never seen

This has always been a thing. Traditionally Latinos vote along certain core values that align with the GOP line.

Republicans have never won a majority of the Hispanic vote.  Even Reagan got less than 40%.  Maybe GW Bush got 40% one time.  But until this changes the Republican party is going to have a tough road every election cycle.  That is a growing segment of the population and they have always voted majority Democrat.  Until the Republican party can do something to start to sway them, they are going to have a tough road.  Trump had sort of started some of that.  But how much of that was just the enthusiasm of a good economy it is hard to say.

“The left just sees them as immigration voters,” Conway said of Hispanic voters. By contrast, she said, Trump has helped Republicans win over Hispanics on issues including job creation, education and traditional religious beliefs: “We connected with them intellectually, economically and spiritually.”

Cubans in Florida have aligned themselves traditionally with the GOP (the modern day ones not so much) but I would say that Mexican voters in the Southwestern states were (in years' past) in league with the Kennedys' (liberal democrats) and their brand of social justice. JFK helped to free ML King from jail during the 1960 campaign with Nixon and Robert Kennedy championed the cause of farm workers and supported Cesar Chavez in his struggles. 

Mexicans who live in the USA and Mexicans who live in Mexico view things differently as their experience differs. Those who live in gringolandia know what's goin' down...

Now that the American economy is circling the toilet bowl, democrat gas-lighting is no longer working and people of all races are waking up.

Hispanics are very religious people. 

They’ll be disgusted by democrats crying over the right to allow their daughters to have late term abortions. 

I expect the number of Hispanics running to the GOP to continue to grow. 

 

'Woke' insanity (neo-liberalism) has zero appeal to the average American hispanic and they are not buying the characterization of Trump supporters as white supremacist Nazis. 

Neo-liberalism is being thrown into the trash dumpster of history where it truly belongs. The only way to defeat a bad idea is with a better idea and culture cancellation, censorship, and gettin' wild in the streets complete with arson don't qualify.
