He didn’t bid on it — he helped to influence the bid. No matter that you don’t like him. He is still the leader of the greatest country in the world and the country so many people wish to visit and live. As such, he has a lot of influence. Whether you like it or not.

"The United States committee's members have asked me to speak up about it and I have. And I think I've helped them," Trump said. "And let's see what happens. But I would be very happy and honored if they would choose Los Angeles and would stand behind it."

"I've actually spoken to the Olympic Committee in Europe. And they, I think, were very happy when they spoke to me," Trump said.

"They wanted to have an endorsement from me and I gave it to them very loud and clear. I would love to see the Olympics go to Los Angeles. I think that it would be terrific."

That was for the 2024 Summer Olympics,,,.that was awarded to Paris.

However on July 31, 2017, (while Trump was president ) the IOC announced Los Angeles as the sole candidate for the 2028 Summer Games,.In fact the bid committee thanked President Donald Trump for his help..

A statement from the LA Bid Committee said: "Since his election, President Trump has been personally involved in helping to make LA's bid a truly American bid and the White House Office of American Innovation....................Winning.

Means nothing. Another clown who is paid millions by the Industrial War Complex. Trump withdrew from Afghanistan and he bluffed and lost. He didn’t think Trump would fire him. They are all paid to keep the War going.

His die hard base would firmly agree so, however this country is much bigger than his base. He will get impeached by the House and chances are GOP majority Senate will save him from removed from the office, so either Biden, Warren or Sanders has to beat him in 2020.

Back on July 3rd of this year he predicted landslide re-election for President Donald Trump in 2020...a resounding 40 State landslide..

Barbara Res hasn't worked for Donald Trump in over 23 years...

Res stepped down from the Trump Organization in 1996...I'm sure she knows what he's like today and what he's thinking...

...She has been talking down Donald Trump for years ( esp. to sell her book in 2016 ) and she was an enthusiastic supporter of Hillary Clinton's campaign....

How many lawsuits are still pending against Mr. Donald J Trump? Mr. Trump just lost another lawsuit earlier today, a Federal Judge has order him to pay $2 million after misusing his charity in "shocking pattern of illegality".
