Jogger attacks man holding shotgun

How can it not be self defense?  Jogger had no right to attack the man.  What other outcome is possible.

Look at the video.  The Emperor is naked.  

Isnt it a fact tho..... That the man with shotgun is the one who impeded the path of the jogger and shouted at him? 

If im out for a jog and i see you with a shotgun blocking my path with your truck and yelling at me..... 

Just sayin. Its not as cut and dry as you make it out to be.
