A string of recent incidents in which ICE agents and Department of Homeland Security leadership have been refused service at corporate gas stations and hotel chains has raised questions about whether private businesses can lawfully deny service to federal law enforcement officers.
The incidents — including ICE agents who were turned away from hotels and a Border Patrol commander being denied service at a gas station — have prompted debate over whether such refusals amount to lawful private discretion or illegal discrimination against federal law enforcement carrying out official duties.
The most recent flashpoint unfolded at a Speedway gas station, where video captured by conservative activist Cam Higby showed U.S. Border Patrol Cmdr. Gregory Bovino being followed out of the store by a man identifying himself as a manager.
cause it sounds like we don't serve your kind here....

We have tons of stores and pubs that deny you access if you visibly support specific soccer teams for instance - that isn’t discrimination - that is a stance that you don’t want the hassle it brings to host such customers in your store
Don't mention the frogs - we don't want to scare the toddler - we want him to sleep

Of course it is legal - a business can always deny anyone service as long as they don’t discriminate based on sex, gender, color or religion

Btw you are so sweet that you think it is your country that has decided you can’t discriminate based on race or sex - considering your countries history - these are based on international laws you cucu-train - so I know just as much about them as you do - or rather as you should do - because clearly you have no clue about them

Try travel around mate - and ask if US or Denmark is famous for incest (I will even give you some slack - you can pick whatever country you want (apart from the Middle East countries) against the US - and the majority will go for US - I promise - you are living in the incest mekka of the world)) You don’t even know anything about Denmark - I suppose you are talking about our royal family - they haven’t married family members - in large numbers through our history - I can’t even recall a king or queen that has done that

Since anti-discrimination laws don't apply to occupation, private businesses can legally refuse to serve law enforcement officers. However police can still enter public areas and homes with judicial warrant. Also businesses cannot obstruct police work.
