Is the ship on the way?

I&#x27;m swear I heard that they were both dry-docked?  can&#x27;t confirm that as of now.&#xA;   Suppose Russia had claimed that they need Alaska for national security reasons and then started a propaganda campaign to try to claim that Alaskans are disadvantaged and want to be liberated by Russia...suppose they send politicians there, tried to build alliances with local figures etc., and then they claimed that Alaskan natives were poorly treated so they send a hospital boat to help them.   I&#x27;m pretty sure that this would be referred to as psychological warfare.

No need for US hospital ship to provide free healthcare in Greenland.  Greenlanders and other countries prefer their own universal healthcare system which ranks higher in access and equity.  Hospital ship is needed more in the US which has the most unaffordable system in the world with millions of Americans under insured.
