she a good orator educated , polite , shows empathy and compassion, understands the position, and is not Hillary...

clean background comes from a working class family has a law degree is this to become media best hype for Donald's reelection bid.. give it a few years but I see an exploratory committee setting up in Iowa.

Michelle Obama, although a fine first lady, is a far cry from running for President, she's a liberal pacifist; something the American people are just not ready for...democrats and republicans

    to each his own

after this set up to a win it all to lose it and still win the popular vote might be looking at a Hillary three peat. she can take away the victory of I got more votes than him. Barbara Boxer is already calling for an end to the electoral college. forgetting why the body was formed. to give small states a greater voice in the election process.

but if she believes she can ride a constitution amendment to ratification, why not start with the era amendment. has passed but never ratified and still isn't in the constitution Now and equality for all camps been riding that horse since '72 still can not get it done.

i understand hillary beat him pretty badly with the popular vote, but that and 50 cents gets you a bag of chips, or whatever the saying is.  the republicans didn't gain control of the government to do away with the electoral college that just get trump the win.

i can definitely see michelle obama though.  her favorable ratings are through the roof and obama's are very high too.

You still believe in polls?  Lol cmon they mean nothing.  I would love if she ran she would get killed.  Obama ratings are so high they lost all power in the three branches.  Yeah he's very popular.

i do.  i made about 15 bets over the course of the primary and general election, all based on polls and won every one.

538 does a good job of converting the aggregate polls into percentages which you can use to make winning bets.

it really goes without saying that if a candidate has an 80% chance of winning, they are still going to lose two out of ten times.  and when those two times occur, that doesn't mean the percentages were wrong.

now, i agree some polls are better than others and many of the state polls were off but just because something is very likely to happen doesn't mean it will always happen.  it means sometimes it won't happen.

She loves to travel and had a staff of 70 assistants. I'd like to know the "Vacation Bill" for 8 years of globetrotting...

It worked out great for the "First Lady" that just got buried, sure, let Michelle make a run. Actually, I'd like to keep Pelosi as Minority Speaker, talk Reid out of retirement. I don't want any of them to leave. They've been so successful (for the Republicans) why want them to leave.

For the life of me, I don't understand this desire to promote royal families. Don't ever again vote for anyone named Clinton, Bush, Obama or Kennedy. Family motto: " We're better than you are."
    They're not.

Club--If there is a silver lining to this royal family dark cloud, it is that in a single year, despite record amounts of contributions to their campaigns, the voters rejected the candidacies of people named Clinton and Bush.

Amen Ken.... Both families swept into the dustbin of history. Want to know why we are where we are, Bush, Clinton & Obama... Time to hand it over to people that have nothing or little to do with any of them. It's immediate addition by subtraction...

I wanted absolutely no part of Jeb Bush unlike our friends on the left stood behind that corrupt/lying witch 'til the bitter end - AND BITTER IT WAS WASN'T IT? Are the morons still protesting a fair election, the ones that didn't even bother to vote?

Killer--Anyone who believes the playing field should be level, and that any of our children have as much right to dream of being president as anyone else, should have been horrified to see the staggering amounts of cash thrown at Jeb and Hillary. Does anyone really believe this money didn't have strings attached ? Was there no expectation of a return on the investment ? It stinks, and Dylan was never more on target than when he sang "money doesn't talk it swears."

I pray you're right when you indicate that the names Bush and Clinton are history. Up until now, it's been like one of those bad Friday the Thirteenth movies where the evil villains keep coming back long after you thought they had been left for dead.

Caroline Kennedy, ambassador to Japan. worked with in the state department comes from a recognizable name, from New York
she runs for congressional seat in 2018 she could be a viable candidate fitting the democratic parameters. And not be ice queen 3 peat.

I can't see that happening. They did a trial run for her a few years ago and quickly abandoned it when everyone realized she can't speak in complete sentences. The current plan for the Kennedy family to renew its dynasty centers on Joseph Kennedy, RFK's grandson. The affluent people in the Newton/Wellesley area of Massachusetts anointed him for Congress when Barney Frank retired. Ed Markey, the current junior senator from Massachusetts, will be told soon that he is retiring to make room for the next generation of the Massachusetts royal family.
