Even Fox news legal experts think new Comey indictment is absurd.  Former attorney general Bondi appears to have been replaced because vindictive Trump thought she has not been aggressive enough in weaponizing justice department to punish political enemies.  But normally, federal prosecutors try to avoid frivolous prosecutions because they don't like losing in courts.

It is obvious few people have worked in the restaurant industry where this 86 term is commonplace. It means the item in question is no longer available. It does not mean KILL the pasta dish or KILL the salmon filet it means that the item is not on the menu.
