ICE honors and pays tribute to the officers and agents who have made the ultimate sacrifice to our nation

Rare for ICE officers to die on the job.  77 deaths since 2015.  Far more people while in ICE custody.  For example, 32 deaths in 2025 was the deadliest in over a decade.

Very, very bad comparison.  

There are far, far more illegals that have been captured, detained or held by ICE than there are ICE agents.

Use the most common number and then just grant the 32 -- it comes out to less than .0005%.

This is not even an apples to oranges comparison -- it is worse than that.

But this list are not ICE agents - ICE was made under Bush after 9/11 

Lol if you just take the one at the top and google it says he died of cancer  - I don’t have enough free time to use to go through this at all - but maybe you should make some due diligence if you want to frame this as them dying in their line of work 

We lost 77 agents since 1915 to present which covers 110 years. I did a quick breakdown

49 of these agents died prior to ICE being formed in 2002. So that comes to 28 agents dying in the past 23 years of ICE's existence.
