Didnt Trump campaign on this very topic, this exact situation and said he would make the tough decisions and do what is fiscally best for the country?

Hasnt Trump repeatedly bashed other politicians in the past on this issue and insulted past presidents for allowing this to happen?

Trump is just another phony, he is so good at being a slimeball he tried to tie the disaster funds to the extension...quite the pro-style tactic, just like all the politicians before him.

I find this silence with regard to Trump and his repeated almost daily mistakes to be very telling. I guess he isnt such a tough guy after all.

Donald J Trump flips flop in a split second, should not be surprised by that. He holds no principle whatsoever, the deal with Chuck Schumer and most hated by the base, Nancy Pelosi, has infuriated Breitbart and the Trump base.

I don't know.  He's in a very unique situation (not to mention being crazy).  Its not every day that you have a prez who has to fight two parties all day every day.  In the end, he had a bunch of crappy options - the worst of which was going to leave him as "the guy who let Irma victims float out to sea" - and picked one of them.  Good decision?  Beats me.

Under Obama, Republicans continuously demanded that conditions be attached to debt ceiling.

IF Trump was fighting two parties  "all day every day", why would he accept the debt-ceiling deal offered by Nancy Pelosi and  Chuck Schumer.

Hours before Trump accepted the deal, Paul Ryan called the Democrats proposal "ridiculous an disgraceful".

Really, avoiding government shutdown showdown and providing relief efforts for hurricane Harvey a much needed infusion of cash is "ridiculous an disgraceful".

Republicans are NOT interested in governing nor capable of governing.

    No Democrats grandstanding.

Paul Ryan and Ted Cruz (from Texas) voted against Hurricane Sandy relief package.

We all know how both parties play the game and get what they want, that is a given and most anyone knows this.

Trump campaigned on being an outsider and making real change. He also bashed other politicians for doing this same thing yet he folded like a champ on his first time at bat.

Where is the outrage and the accountability? All I see is a little ego and a mountain of mistakes.

Trump also campaigned that he wouldn't bend over backwards for big businessmen. (He doesn't. He bends over the traditional way.) He campaigned that he would be a workaholic that wouldn't take golf trips. He campaigned that he would be a champion for LGBT rights.

Yeah who with any brain cells bought the Trump story? Only partisans who wanted something were ushering this clown in and believing his pile of crap message.

On a similar note, so the FED chair issue is going to come up, I am sure Trump will put in a scholar with education and sensibility right?

Or will he put in a Goldman statue?

What an awful decision, but unfortunately it is likely not even in his top 5 so far.

His lack of thought process and diplomacy is going to hurt this country in a very serious way before he is either done or kicked out.

    If you're here illegally, you're a criminal.

If you don't like the laws, change them. Why didn't Democrats do anything about the laws in 08?

Hillary said that children of illegal immigrants should be sent back in a 2014 CNN interview.

We have laws and the laws should be followed. This isn't difficult.

Majority of Americans favor allowing dreamers or children of illegal immigrants to stay in the US.  Through no fault of their own, children shouldn't be blamed for the sins of their parents.  US is the only home they have known.  Most are productive residents who would be missed if deported.

Both Bush and Obama have given temporary protection such as DACA.  But legislation attempts  to allow dreamers a path to earn citizenship failed in Congress.  Immigration reforms are necessary because deporting everyone is too costly, impractical and harmful for economy.

These kind of crazy diversionary replies are below even your level SS..

Where are people blaming current white people for slavery from over 75 plus years ago?

The issues being blamed in regards to that topic today are because of decades long repeated abuses towards African Americans...which tend to build on each other and keep pushing down African Americans then and now.

So what's the law? Just the "dreamers"? What about the "dreamers" of tomorrow?

What about all of the other illegals? What about sanctuary cities? It's a mess. The government should follow the law. It's simple.

Just another issue Obama kicked down the road.

For one,,, Michael Eric Dyson,Georgetown University sociology professor,Baptist minister and named one of the 100 most powerful African Americans by Ebony magazine....

He blames today's whites for the sins of their father..and thinks they should pay.

Dyson reveals his plan for reparations, IRAs: Individual Reparations Accounts. The idea is that instead of the government issuing checks to descendants of slaves, white people today can do small things to help the black community.

I'm talking about individual things that individual white brothers and sisters can do without waiting for the government. Pay the lawn person who’s black that you pay, a little bit extra. Find young people in your school or in your city who need computers.

No the source was the NYTimes ...Ebony magazine were the ones that acknowledged him..as influential ..like they acknowledged Barack Hussein Obama .. in August 2008 as one of the "25 Coolest Brothers of All Time"..but since they did that ..I can understand why you don't give Ebony Mag.any credibility..
