The problem is straight forward, those that manufacture and grow our food produce the most emissions. Do we stop eating and purchasing?? Should we go full Amish? Of course not. Do you think China is an under developed country now? Change is happening and not going away if we turn a blind eye to the biggest polluters TODAY and the direction THEY are heading. It's economic suicide besides setting our selves up to be dominated.

For years, global warming has been under estimated by scientists and climate action delayed by fossil fuel industry lobbying. Now climate change has already started and can worsen in the future. Expect more extreme weather. But the worst impacts may be avoided if all countries work on climate action.

Under Truss's plan, household energy costs will be limited to $2,900 per year after ballooning to $4,100 in 2022.

Center for disease control says heat deaths are under counted because they are often counted as stroke or heart attack. Problem is expected to worsen in future years as climate change increase risk of extreme weather.
People in Switzerland who violate the country’s new heating rules which forbid setting the temperature above 19°C (66.2F) in the colder months will face up to three years in prison.
Under the new rules, buildings that use gas heating systems are restricted to 19°C, while hot water can only be heated up to 60°C and radiant heaters are banned entirely.
