Man i tell ya', i was a dodgers fan growing up as a kid in the 1980s. I never appreciated pete rose like i do now. During the last 4 or 5 years i have watched as many pete rose interviews as i could. I'm about to be 50 in a couple months but wow, i am excited for all the people who held onto pete rose baseball cards. I have got to think that when he died, the cards went up? And now that he's about to go into the hall of fame, damn i have got to think those cards are going up!
I got the feeling that pete rose hated the dodgers after watching all those interviews, but that's ok i still love him. Pete Rose does not like ichiro but that's ok, i still love him, nobody is perfect.
Ichiro first ballot hall of famer, love it, and next has got to be Pete Rose. This coming from an unbiased dodger fan from the 1980s! Reds and dodgers always had a big rivalry back then! Pete Rose is going to the hall of fame, i knew they were waiting for him to die but damn he deserves it!
