Collusion is not a crime in itself but conspiracy sure is.

I think Mueller may have received all he needed from Gates to put Manafort away for the rest of his life. While Manafort was doing busines in the Ukraine, Gates was handling the US operation of their partnership.

Yes faceoff i should have clarified that..if convicted.

From what i gather Manfort is guilty of some of the offenses levelled at him but we shall see. The offenses not related to Russian election meddling, more to do with tax fraud and evasion.

My take is Mueller thinks Manafort has info related to Trump/Russia and the prospect of spending years in a cell would compel Manafort to flip. Don't see it happening but...who knows. The collusion Witch Hunt is coming up empty, so Mueller is throwing his weight around hoping to find anything that connects Trump to Russian meddling.

Ha! That&#x27;s funny. For a guy that hasn&#x27;t done anything wrong, Trump has sure been talking &amp; acting like a desperate...&amp; guilty man. They&#x27;ll probably only get Manafort on a portion of the charges &amp; wouldn&#x27;t be surprised if Trump did pardon him.In the end, Trump will wish to God he never decided to run for potus. A bright guy &amp; in some ways maybe too smart for his own good but not much substance, little to no morals/integrity &amp; the absolute epitome of someone unfit for the office of potus.
