Breaking! Sean Spicer resigns

WASHINGTON — Sean Spicer, the White House press secretary, resigned on Friday morning, telling President Trump he vehemently disagreed with the appointment of the New York financier Anthony Scaramucci as communications director.

Mr. Trump offered Mr. Scaramucci the job at 10 a.m. The president requested that Mr. Spicer stay on, but Mr. Spicer told Mr. Trump that he believed the appointment was a major mistake, according to a person with direct knowledge of the exchange.

Spicer had lost the trust of the President.Unlike his TV show,DT doesn't fire people he just does a runaround and the person is a little farther removed from the center of power.Spicer was RNC Communications and DT has lost faith with trying to work with Republicans that are really RINOs.Privis might be feeling some heat.

I think so. He needs to. Debt ceiling coming up in about 60 days. Trump will need Dems to raise the debt ceiling. Could be a political nightmare for Trump.

I'd like to take credit for this one.  I said months ago on here that he'd be fired because he's not a born liar.  I wouldn't say Sanders is good either but she can do it without flinching and that's something Spicer couldn't really do.

I'm not really sure Spicer resigned, too.  It's more likely that Trump gave him that option to save face instead of firing him outright, which he probably would have done if Spicer refused.  Yes, it's purely speculation on my part.

Spicer was flat out awful. I have no idea what took so damn long. He crumbled against fake news liberal attacks. He couldn’t take the bullying. I would’ve replaced Spicer with Sebastian Gorka.

I hope Jeff Sessions is next. He has been awful as well. Instead of going after Obama, Comey, Hillary and Lynch, like he should be doing, he’s wasting time going after fukkin weed… what a joke.

Poor Spicy...    went from an angry little man to a sympathetic figure.

I don't think so because Sessions actually has been part of the more significant chances under Trump's administration for policing and immigration.  What I believe doesn't matter anyway because I think most of this has been orchestrated and planned, including the dismissal of Flynn, the firing of Comey and so on.  Nobody really has bothered to ask why Trump had 3 campaign managers in the first place, which yes, is extremely odd and unusual and didn't make any sense.  They likely each had their own roles and purposes, although I can't seem to figure out Lewandowski's part in it all, but I'm sure he was relevant in some capacity.

Normally, government jobs are more secure.  Changes such as excess employees turnover indicate dissatisfaction and incompetence.  In sports, signs of dysfunction are more common among losing teams.  Trump tends to hire unqualified people.

Enough of this everybody comfortable nonsense.  Remember Steinbrenner was the same way don't do your job gone in a NY minute.  He was applauded for trying to win more than anybody.  Don't do your job you're gone.  Spicer was a nice guy but was never comfortable, you could see this coming from a mile away.  Priebus is next.
