However, if Biden does get a landslide, it should be obvious by the wee hours of the morning Nov 4.....otherise it could be months before he is declared victor.

Won with Trump in 2016 and I think he rolls in 2020. Biden is actually a worse candidate than Hillary, how the democrats manage to screw themselves is amazing.
