According to snopes fact checking, no evidence of extending wall's length. Biden administration seems to be finishing repair or updating of existing wall build by Bush, Obama and Trump administrations. Congress approved funding for limited construction, mainly for maintenance. Trump wall is far from complete with little extension to old wall. Besides, extending wall would be hard because of terrain and private land ownership.
