Lol....was referring to his brother.... the one who killed 10 thousand senior citizens,  and the number keeps growing...he signed executive order, people died directly because of him.  When asked he just blames everyone else.  He never showed any sympathy to the families...just " old people die, that's what they do"

Fact checker Politifact rates false claim that governor Cuomo's directive causes covid deaths at nursing homes.  New York health department report concludes admission of covid patients wasn't main driver of infections.  Peak covid mortality precedes peak influx of patients.  Also nearly 25% of nursing home employees test positive for coronavirus.  So public health experts agree that it is very unlikely admission policy contributes to thousands of covid deaths.
