Sen. Elizabeth Warren can't win a presidential popularity contest even in her home state of Massachusetts.
Warren got third place in a survey from Emerson College released Sunday.( having a beer on Instagram” clip that did it )
Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., leads the Democratic primary field with 26% of the vote, followed by former Vice President Joe Biden (undeclared )at 23%.
Warren follows them with 14% of the vote, and is closely tailed by Pete Buttigieg, mayor of South Bend, Ind., at 11%, former Texas Congressman Beto O’Rourke at 8%, and California Sen. Kamala Harris at 7%.
The remaining 5% of voters are looking for another candidate.

I find it more interesting,that she is the first Hindu lawmaker in the US Congress,, than the fact that she is American Samoan.
Gabbard served in Iraq a corpseman in a combat zone field medical unit ..
As the Democratic National Committee, vice-chair Tulsi Gabbard gave Hillary a political slap in the face by resigning and endorsed Bernie Sanders for president..and because of that I don't see the DNC giving her their wholehearted support ..
She was also one of the first Democrats to meet with President -elect Donald Trump.. The Democrat Rebel was considered for a possible role in the Trump administration..

I have to disagree with the President here ..I don't see Democrats wanting an white men as the face or future of the party ..as Pat Buchanan said :The Democratic Party no party for old white men.
The Democrat Party has changed, and so has the Dem party in Congress. As Columnist Dana Milbank, writes “A majority of House Democrats are … women, people of color or gaay.” and he sees it as progress..
But, at this time,, if the Democrat party wants to change direction they will have to first deal first the "B's..."Biden,Bernie,Buttigieg and Beto..

I don't think they want a white man as the face of their party either. This is only one of the reasons they will lose. You can't force it. The party didn't choose Trump, the people did. The party didn't choose Obama, the people did. The party chose Hillary Clinton. An then subsequently, when the party chose Hillary again, and the people chose Bernie Sanders, the party said, "Wait a minute...."
Listen to the people. If the republican party would've had it's way we would've had, who, Ted Cruz as a republican candidate? The guy from Florida not named Jeb whose name I can't even recall.

Biden’s advisers are discussing a possible pledge to serve only one
term and framing Biden’s 2020 campaign as a one-time Democrat rescue mission
for country.
If, Biden did make that pledge.. he would be tapping into the legacy of the 11th president James K. Polk..who promised to serve only one term. Polk completed four main agenda items in four years and then fulfilled his vow to retire...
Like today.. the Democratic Party,at that time had lots of factions. Polks one term pledge turned out yo be a unifying factor. The Party support him and that allowed them to position themselves for four years later.
If,Joseph Robinette does run for president it would be his third time after failing on two previous attempt's..

It worked for Trump. That shouldn't be taken as if it was Midnight or what'shisface saying it but it's just a fact. Division and fear-mongering were the biggest aspects of his campaign. And before the anti-Trumpers have a chance to say, "Yeah!" let me just say it's the major focus of most Presidential campaigns. It's the focus of both of the major parties. And it won't change. Where is the candidate that looks to be the great unifier? I don't need a candidate to say, "Vote for me because Trump is terrible." That's not a platform. I don't need to hear that anyone who would vote for Trump is racist and/or uneducated because I know people who voted for Trump who are neither racist nor unintelligent. Say what you want about Trump but atleast he campaigned on a platform. It may have been total bullshite, most politicians' platforms are just talk and quicklt abadoned after election, but atleast he had one. He talked about border security, the opioid crisis, the prescription drug cost issue, the trade deficit, the manufacturing sector, ect. What did Hill talk about?

The difference between a Clinton Impeachment and a Trump Impeachment will be that during Clinton's Imp. every newspaper from The New York Times to Highlights was making the same claim "its only sex" and he had to lie to save his wife....Trump will receive not 1/100 of the positive spin that Clinton got and there will be no post-impeachment Bump like Clinton just leftist knashing of the teeth and self-flagalation.
