Winning Large Tournaments

If you place in the significant money in a huge torny (pokrstars sunday millions for example) and win 20 grand or more, do you have to pay taxes on this single torny cash prize  or do you just pay more tax on your final cashout whatever it may be?

Cross that bridge if you are ever lucky enough to get there.  Otherwise, don't worry about it.
