Yes! I'm upset at ESPN revealing who the winner was, I was trying to avoid that information but I guess it's almost impossible these days.

I'm looking forward to the Deminov vs Phillips hand that caused a big commotion

how bs is that! they say that they want to postpone the final table to make it live and draw in more ratings. too bad i learn who won on the wiretap on monday night. whats the difference from knowing who won in june then it is the day before it airs?

I couldn't agree more - this guy has about zero personality on a good day.  He's gonna have to learn how to loosen up, because these Main Event champs become ambassadors by default

I missed most of it on ESPN, what was the hand in question?

eastgate not being personable enough. Maybe that is what makes him such a good poker player, he shows no emotion. Does anyone have a link to this tourney?

i avoided ESPN all day yesterday so i could watch it without knowing who won

They butchered the shit out of the telecast.
The first hour they didnt show Eastgate in a hand.
Then of the 4 hours of heads up play between Eastgate and Demidov they show 2 hands?????

But hey, atleast we got to hear about Dennis Phillips lucky coin

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO WELL SAID

Thats why I really dont even watch the ESPN broadcasts anymore, its 15% poker and 85% personalities. Thats why the WPT shows with Sexton and VanPatten blow anything ESPN does away.
