What's the best way to run the blinds at a table @ home

Just a casual game.&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;A)  Is it best to double from $5 to $10 to $10 to $20, $50 to $100 to $100 to $200?&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;B)  Do you double the blinds by the clock AND when a player is eliminated?&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;Just wondering what the best strategy that keeps everyone the happiest is.&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;Any ideas out there?

I never really see blinds like that...&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;usually I see 5-10 (if they have it)10-20 15-30 20-40 25-50 then sometimes 40-80 50-100 then maybe 75-150 100-200 ish
