I'm headed to Atlantic city for 2 nights later this week and was looking for input regarding the casinos with the softest no-limit games.  I usually play at foxwoods and know what are the better days and times to play (for example - on a Wednesday in the middle of the winter it's 90% strong players - you have to play well and catch cards to win - on the weekends or late on weekend nights you can catch guys playing wild and looking to dump their chips)....So, any advice at there????????????????????

Showboat....hmmmm will have to try it out....I am guessing that it is more of an older crowd...i've heard the players are more savy at the borgata and trop although you can get good action at the weekends at borgota

Thanks for the advice...here is the synopsis:
Showboat - very tight 1-2 game there....not very good players, not much action...I got horrible cards, played well and made $30...i may play there again sometime
Taj - made 1000 playing 1-2 on Friday afternoon - got great cards and induced some players to call my all-ins...also got lucky catching a full house as I went all in with 2 pair and beat a lower trip
Borgata - lost about 200 playing 2-5 and 1-2 - the best action and probably the better players...great poker room

ice - what is the deal with the 20-40 limit at the taj?  I really don't play limit but know that a lot of "pros" like it b/c they feel it's the best way to grind out a profit...

that game day in and day out has the best action i have ever seen anywhere in the world. the game is large enough to make a good profit and the game is always lined up with people to play. the players are just so bad its amazing.

min buyin should be $200 but if you dont have $1000 to expose in one session you are coming to the table short. the game has swings.
