Trouble downloading intertops poker.....

It has me download Microsoft Framework.... which it looks like it does successfully but then i click on intertops icon and it just brings up a grey box with a clock.....

Weird.  I have downloaded via Firefox with no troubles.

i was using google chrome to download.... tried internet explorer and now it works fine
