I'm paraphrasing, but "you can't beat a table of mostly bad players."
All it takes is 1 of them to suckout or bad beat you. And eventually 1 of them will do so when you have most or all of your chips in as a decent or dominating statistical favorite.

Fade and Cincy are definitely correct, I'll take a table full of bad players. In the long run it will be much more profitable playing against bad players especially in cash games.

Depends on the stakes at hand. In a tournament i would much rather play with a table full of solid guys, where as in a cash game I would rather play with the table full of idiots.
