2200 person tourney with 250 left and I'm 3rd in chips with 130,000. How should I play this? Only play premiums and coast into the money/maybe final table or bully and build my stack?
poker tourney ingame.....advice appreciated

i dont understand amateurs....it's like people are AFRAID of a big stack

is DONKEY advice....
if your not willing to bully the table and use your large chip stack to your advantage please stop playing tournaments
i'm not trying to be mean, honestly i'm not....
but the ONLY way to WIN a tournament is to PLAY THE TOURNAMENT
milking your stack when your 3rd in chips with 250 players to go is not only dumb....it's darmright embarrassing
BUT
90% of people who play tournaments just want a high cash.....they would love to milk their stack for a decent payday in the top 50 or so....
the 10% left know this and will take advantage of you all day long....turning your advantage into a disadvatange
in an event like the WSOPME i would say maybe....MAYBE 3% of the players know ANYTHING about TOURNAMENT Poker

also if your not in the money yet honestly you should stop playing tournaments
this is the time when you need to use your stack the MOST
ALL the middle and shorts stacks will fear you....you can pick up so many free/cheap pots it's insane
please oh please tell me you were at least in the money when you considered this questions
again not trying to be mean....sorry if it comes across that way, just trying to prove a point
