This may be a stupid question but does anyone use a POKER JOURNAL.

Do you track your cash, sng and tournaments or what ever you for poker?

I just saw one at a book store and was wondering if they actual do get used.

journals are a good idea, but when you have a bad run, you don't want to fuck with it.
