PLEASE HELP. I still have not received my money from the poker tournament

There was a poker tournament on here on Wednesday September 24th. I won first place which was $200. I was told I would receive the winnings but I have not. Can anyone please help?

I heard it took a year and a half to receive a T-shirt in a Covers football contest 10 years ago.........good luck!
