NJ Online Poker

I know there has always been grumbling about the "sahdy" beats people have received and/or seen through the years on other sites.  I always wondered myself if it were the sheer numbers of players/tables/hands factor and typical poker (win some-lose some) -vs- inferior software creating "set up" hands....

Just curious if anybody has dealt with the NJ sites, cause I feel if it is regulated by the State, it would minimize on any shadiness....
