Neteller Bank Wire...

Hi guys,
 
Last friday I made a deposit to fund my Neteller account ($150 USD) via Bank Wire and they have not updated my balance.
 
I have sent them several e-mails to bankwires@neteller.com and no answer yet.  Anyone of you know this if this is their normal procedure??? Because in their website they say it takes 1 or 2 business days to complete this.
