I'm going down to Tunica to play poker for a few days next week, anyone ever been there/from there know anything about it? I know nothing, I usually go to Vegas, but this flight is comped along with the hotel so I couldn't turn it down.
Just let me know anything I need to know, much appreciated.

If its the Terrace, thats part of the Grand, but the bad part is, its kind of off by itsself, along with the Veranda...you actually have to walk outside to the casino, or can take a shuttle, but have to wait for those..not bad walk, maybe 1/2 mile, but still, normally you would want to leave your room and then take the elevator down to the casino...not at the terrace and the veranda...
Yes, drinks are free..

Yeah, I think so..stayed at veranda one time (right beside it) and most everyone said they're one in the same. Its fairly new (within last 5-6 years) I believe. If you golf, its right near golf course.
The bad thing about tunica is that the hotels are so spread out, with exception of Gold Strike, Horeshoe, and Sheraton...But if you're playing at Grand, one of bigger ones there...I like poker room there, pretty nice and fairly easy to get table
