so lets say you play a satellite to a big tourney. its a $216 tourney. but then you gotta go out of town cause your cousin is getting married in vegas to the bell boy she met in her hotel and you gotta go stop her. so you unregister. you get $216 tournament dollars so you can buy into another $216 tourney. but then lets say you realize that you suck at tournaments so you decide to take the cash instead. they will charge you $21.60 and give you the rest in cash to do with what you wish.
