I hadn't been into my AP site in over a year.  Went in there yesterday and found $25 in my account.  Have no idea why it was there, but I have built it up to almost $100 now.  My game plan is to work it to $600 and then pull out $500.

I like your plan.  Did you mainly build it up through SNGs, tourneys, or ring games?  As they did with me a while ago, UB put $25 in my account to lure me back, as some states like Kentucky temporarily banned usage of the site.

I think UB is legitimate now, but Russ Hamilton should have at least been castrated for his involvement in the scandal.

Try CarbonPoker, similar traffic to UB (no one will comapre to the top 2) but a great fish-shark ratio, great style and layout, and fast payouts.

If you play the MTT's you will have to stake more $$$ per tournament to get in decent gauranteed tournies.

I have played them all and feel pokerstars is the only way to go. There are just a shitload of reckless players to get through in the first hour of the low buy-in tounies. But in my opinion the only place to play.

Raven.....You sound like alot of the crybabies that play...YES that does happen but please tell me where that does not happen on the internet

People make terrible decisions all the time and then you call someone else a donk when they chase a flush when a guy like you goes all in with 10 J because you make top pair on the flop with your Jack. The chaser calls and catches sometimes but you were the one who made the risky decision with your weak ass hand

I wish more guys would quit being in such denial about their own sorry asses and remember that nobody forces anyone to make all in decisions. But you are quick to say its the other guy when you need to evaluate yourself and stop and smell the roses my friend

I am all ears because over the last 10 years I have more hours logged than most and have played at about 6-7 sites. And yes no matter where you play we feel cheated sometimes but in my opinion I would rather put $50 bucks in pokerstars and play than $250 or more in Fulltilt or some of the other bogus sites to get in a big tornament. I wont playcash tables on any site cause too many guys have retarded amounts of money and I always get burned at some point on an all in. Tounaments are the only way to go for time and money when you are not a high roller

And like I said for the money you can get into a $15k or more gauranteed tournament for as little as 3 bucks. Compared to any of the others where you are looking at $25 or more per tourney depending on the site with most being more.

    Electric and Balls.....

Im not making excuses. I play premium hands not J 10 all in. I've played Stars for awhile and my buddy still plays at that site.  What I have noticed on Stars compared to other sites is that Stars u get rivered alot more than other sites and ppl playing crap hands against premium hands and the crap hands win. But hey PokerStars got lots of variety of tourneys and games, and its one of the safest sites and who will get paid no worries.

Search poker forums and you can find "stars has more beats than fulltilt" and then a page later another guy is saying "OMG theres so many more beats on tilt than stars"

Then a few pages later its "OMG UB has so many more beats than stars or tilt" then its "OMG im going back to UB, tilt and stars are nothing but bad beats"

    Thats my point exactly

Internet is brutal and thats the only thing that people should agree on. The average guy who cant fold a hand after the flop if he catches a piece of anything will never be a winner anywhere

Shit happens but always be leary and expect the worst and you will survive later in tournaments

I like them both. I have had no trouble cashing out with them. One problem is that they charge $8 for every check they send which gets annoying...

But if you're looking to open an account, be sure to get rakeback. It gives you 30% of your rake back into your account at the end of the month. It adds up my friend.

PM me because I run my own rakeback site and I can get you a good promo.
