I really dont see how this is indicative of anything abnormal. 

What specifically are you pointing out here?

Hand 1:

Donald is on the button, short with M of roughly 6, Picks up AKo, how does he not 3bet shove here?  Against JJ he's 43%

Hand 2:

Donald is UTG+1 with an M of less than 3, has to shove here.  He is 40/60.  After reading this hand I dont want to go any further with this.  You have no room to complain for losing this tourney if youre flatting his shove from the button with your stack size and marginal A10o holdings. 

What are you calling here that you think you can beat?  Sure, he might be shoving with any 2, but you have a big stack in SB to act after you and you don't isolate?  What do you do if SB shoves?  call of your stack w A10o?  No.  Calling is horrible here. Easy fold.

Also, after looking at stats, the 75/7 game seems to be well above your average stake of 20-30ish.  Perhaps its not 'rigged' or 'bad luck' but playing superior players with a better theoretical and mathematical grasp of the game.

Sigh, so sick of the 'poker is rigged' debate.  Life is rigged.
