looking to play in anywhere from $50-$500 Tournament style poker.  Anyone know any rooms and about how many people are playing in them.

Also anyone had any luck with sit n goes there, or are they pretty much absolete

Pick up a Card Player Magazine when you get there....there is a tournament schedule in the back.   Make sure you call to confirm any one that you plan on playing though.   I showed up at a couple scheduled tournaments only to find that they had been discontinued at the particular time (even though they were still in the latest Card Player).   But it should give you a good starting point.
