if you still want to deposit into online poker the best method seems to be using a prepaid visa credit card they are called gift2go you don't need to sign up or anything, you can buy them up to $100 and there is a 5.95 activation fee but it works with the major online sites. Note: this is not the green dot one that one has some problems and you have to sign up for that one.
You can find these at Walgreens, CVS and possilby local grocery stores. When you cash out you will need to request a check which can be cashed at any bank.
